Good news- Despite the failure of the Association to substantively address the issues of my Open Letter - currently posted on the Internet at IA4CFP.com - we were able to get them to create the circumstances to allow members access to research materials.  The Association attorneys are threatening legal action to have the Open Letter taken down from the site, but we intend to resist what we believe is not only an effort to deprive Association members of crucial information but is an attack on free speech itself.  What kind of Association attacks free speech?  What don't they want you to know?  These are sad times and the Association remains in crisis.  Thanks for your support in getting calling for an outside review panel to address these and other actions which I believe are clearly antithetical to the well-being of the members and the Association itself.  E-mail me if you have thoughts, suggestions or questions.  JGannon1000@gmail.com

The Association took down the website, and I cannot assist in restoring it for you without their cooperation. 

They are now insisting the Open Letter to you on the site be deleted before you can regain access.  I believe all members have a right to the information in the Letter and that to insist otherwise is perilously close to censorship.   

They have brought the attorneys into the mix, so I don't know how long we will be able to keep the Open Letter available.   Please review the letter now in case something untoward happens to it.

After all, just what is the information they don't seem to want you to have?  Let's find out.

Thank you to everyone who e-mailed me separately. I understand about being on the blog, and we will continue privately.  Stay in touch.  Postings of e-mail exchanges documenting my concerns can be expected.  They are many.  Association names will be named and their roles described as we build the list of people who share our concerns.
